What should I wear?
Colorful Semi-Formal / Dressy Casual - but feel free to dress up more if you’d like!

Okay, what does that mean?
This website explains it well.

When is that RSVP due again?
Ideally, March 10, 2024 - but, we will accept them until April 1st!

Can I bring my child(ren)?
Yes! It would be kind of weird to have a wedding in Disney World with no children allowed. Pretty sure we’d end up on some kind of watch list.
We won't have childcare set up, though, so please plan accordingly. If you won’t be bringing your little one(s) to the wedding, here is a list of babysitting services.

Do I need to rent a car?
No. Personally, we find greater flexibility using Uber / Lyft to and from the airport, then using the free transportation inside the Disney resort. If you are staying outside of Disney World, most hotels provide free shuttles to the parks, but please double check when booking.

I am budget conscious / I’m concerned about the cost?
We absolutely understand! We have a list of budget-friendly hotels, free activities, and other tricks to reduce costs. The parks are only one part of a long list of things to do, many of which are much cheaper. Our ceremony begins at 5pm on Saturday so that guests will not feel pressured to arrive Friday and deal with those hotel costs. Please feel free to reach out to us if you need help finding affordable options / have concerns; we’d love to do our part for you!

Will there be dinner served?
Oh, will there ever. Sorry, sitting-plate-lovers of the world, we’re going buffet on this one. With so much bread. An unnecessary amount of bread.
The dinner menu can be found here.

I have a dietary restriction / I’m vegan / I’m scared of bread!
Note it in your RSVP. The chefs will be happy to accommodate.

Do you have a wedding hashtag?
Yes. It’s #NobodyLikesWeddingHashtags

Can I use my phone for photos?
Sure! But, please be mindful of our photographer and please don't block the aisle during the ceremony. We’ll also have a table of instant cameras at the reception for folks to make their own floppy photo souvenirs or leave some snaps for us to keep for our wedding album!

Are you going to be weird and play Disney music at the wedding? Group dances? Ska?
No, no, and no. Top shelf millennial hits only. 90’s and 00’s classics with MAYBE some 80’s. We have a culture to preserve. You can play the Cupid Shuffle on your own time, Sean’s mom. If there’s a specific song you want, just send us a text. If your request is Don’t Stop Believing, you are uninvited.

Are you going to be weird at all?
Maybe a little.

Will I need to buy park tickets to attend?
No. Neither the ceremony nor reception require park tickets to attend. Tickets will only need to be purchased if you would like to visit a park outside of those events. They can be purchased here. Please remember to reserve your dates as well!

Will Kelly and Sean go on Jungle Cruise with me?
On Sunday, we will be going to the Magic Kingdom park with any guests who would like to join us. We will be speaking with Disney about discounted tickets for all who are interested. Sean will be giving the tour, and he has out-trivia’d Disney’s professional VIP guides.

Where is Harry Potter World?
Wrong park! The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is at the Islands of Adventure theme park. It’s a short drive away by bus or rideshare. It’s absolutely worth the trip if you have the time.

Where is Star Wars Land?
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is located in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Get there in the morning and RUN to Rise of Resistance as fast as humanly possible before the crowd. You’ll thank us later.

Where is Avatar Land?
Animal Kingdom. You can grow a tail or ride a lizard or something. James Cameron emerges from the lake once a day.

I appreciate your effort, but I still don’t get this Disney wedding thing?
This wedding will absolutely not be an event just for Disney people and we are making choices with you in mind. First and foremost, this is a a very special day with the people we love. We want everyone to feel included and comfortable. If parks aren’t your thing, there are great pools, water parks, shopping, dining, zoos, bars, and alligators - you can find a list here.

I’ve heard you have a Disney hotel room in your house?
Yes. Our guest room is an actual replica of a room from Disney’s Polynesian Resort, complete with the original furniture.
When Disney announced the Polynesian would be getting a full renovation in 2020, Kelly half-jokingly suggested that we try buying one of the old, discarded furniture sets to preserve “the history.” The joke went too far.

What’s that story about the dead guy and your secret Disney blueprints?
We can’t write about that online, but ask us at the wedding.

If I’m riding Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT, which song do I want?
This is not a frequently asked question, but the answer is Blondie’s “One Way or Another” and we will fight you if you say otherwise. One-on-one or both of us at the same time.

Do you each have favorite rides?
We are united in believing every ride is special except for Journey of the Little Mermaid in Magic Kingdom, which is the dumbest ride conceived of in modern human history. It’s a Little Mermaid ride that doesn’t even have water in it. It’s a stupid, stupid ride.
